Writing the, Doves Collect series
has been a labor of love. It was
created in hopes to capture the
reader's imagination, while
taking their mind on a holiday --
a holiday where they will be
swept away from the hustle and
bustle of their day-to-day Linda Daly
routine, identifying with the
characters' trials and tribulations and come to think of
them as their friends. Some they will cheer on and
sympathize with, and some they will love to hate. Either
way, they will be missed when coming to the end.
My mission has been to create storyline's and
characters that promises to touch the heart and
imagination with its rich tapestry of layers, colors,
textures, and emotions. My sincere hope is you will
enjoy reading the Doves Collect series as much I have
enjoyed writing this unique series.

North over the South, the slave owner over the slave, white over black, the wealthy over the less fortunate and man
over woman. As in life, the roles of the characters in the story are not limited to one simple category; they are braided
and bound by the intricate weave of them all.
