Finally Someone Wrote This Book!, By Vickie L. Capes

Never before have I read a book that is so helpful in guiding it's reader through such dramatic as well as
peaceful imagery. It's not a self help book, per se, but a true personal journey. You as the reader are a
dynamic interacting part of the books purpose. It's not a religious book, but touches on the inner
spirituality we all have and allows the reader to delve into their healing needs. Plus you don't have to be
"dealing" with anything damning to get some real insight out of it. The text is easy to read. It walks the
reader through visual exercises in which to see what traumas or past situations have created "holes" in
your life's fabric (sorry you gotta read it to know what I'm talking about) :-)
allows them to feel them, assess them, and mend them (or enjoy them all over again). Some of the
exercises are so vivid you can't help but feel a sense of contentment and restoration.
I know it sounds like a lot of mumbo jumbo and believe me I'm not one to turn my head for every new
craze or trend. I'm quite the skeptic. This is a read like no other. Ms. Coller has eloquently and masterfully
category (ie: religious...self-help...?) I bought a copy for those that are dear to me, because .......well....buy
it .....you'll see.
